For over twenty years, Phil Amato has been an accomplished property manager based in Jacksonville, Florida. He started by building his own portfolio of rental homes before expanding his expertise to advise property owners across the country. Phil possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the laws and regulations governing property management in Florida, as well as the intricacies of the Section 8 process. He is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a licensed real estate broker affiliated with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.
